Loan tapes and loan files

The free tape check runs entirely in your browser. When you choose a tape, your browser reads the file locally; it is not uploaded to ProvenPool or anyone else. When you choose a folder of loan files, only the file names are read, and only in your browser. Closing the tab discards everything.

What we collect

• Design-partner applications: the details you type into the form, the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). We use them to reply to you and to understand which channels work.
• Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views and events, such as “sample tape loaded” or “worklist exported”, with counts like a size range. It does not use cookies and never receives loan data.
• First-touch attribution: if you arrive from a link with campaign tags or from another site, your browser stores that source locally so it can be attached to a form you submit later.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your information, add you to a newsletter or send automated email sequences.
